The Cheese World (no website that I could find…yet) is located by Five Guys. 
They have everything from basic Colby (3-something a pound)
to fancy kinds I can’t pronounce and that cost an arm and a leg. 
If they don’t have what you want, they’ll order it. Service is excellent. 
BUY THE BRIE.
What happens when I set out crackers, brie, and fresh vanilla strawberry preserves.
Strawberry Saturday: 60-plus pounds of berries turned into pies, jam, daiquiris, shortcake, etc. 
We ate ourselves silly.

    just pinned an idea for breakfast when our strawberries get here: strawberries and brie on croissants. Doesn't that sound great?

    I have found My Cherrie Pie and I have never strayed 🙂 But lime zest is wonderful in the blueberry tart I make. So I want to be open to new ideas.

    Ever made a clafoutis? I made one today, thought it was okay, and wondered if you had the best version ever.

    And also, thanks for your brief review of the sour cherry pie. I was going to try it and may not now.

      The pie was good but not great. I liked the idea of almond flour in the crust, but it was underwhelming. And there wasn't enough thickener so the filling was too soupy. Edible, sure, but nothing to write home (or blog) about.
